To ensure safety and service quality, the following are not included in standard cleanings.
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Wiping bulbs and glass fixtures
- Cleaning TVs and computer monitors
- Moving or lifting anything over 25 lbs
- Stepping higher than 2 steps on a ladder
- Cleaning bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids, animal waste, insects)
- Hoarding, high levels of trash/debris
- General cleaning of walls/doors
- Cleaning inside the fireplace or emptying ashes
- Cleaning inside of the fireplace or emptying ashes
- Garages
- Large amount of dishes (may incur extra charge)
- Cleaning high to reach areas & windows (anything that can’t be reached with an extendable duster)
- Make beds (linens changed upon request, must be left out on bed)
